Default 1979 Gretsch catalogue

Just posted the 1979 Gretsch catalogue. 14 different guitars and 2 basses.

I really like the basses - both the committe and TK 300. Anyone here got one of those?

I saw a TK 300 somewhere around 20 years ago, and wanted to like it. Then I played it. It was not truly horrid, like a Supro or a Kay where they are vintage US instruments that just did not play well from the concept starting point. You could play it. But pretty crummy, crude, and not up to quality of a 60s Gretsch bass.

I have never seen a Committee bass, but have run across the guitars over the years on very rare occasion.
