I have what I believe to be a Hagstrom Impala. 2 pickups.

Could someone give me an idea of its year of manufacture? Serial number stamped in input jack is 588334.

Yeah, its an Impala from a production run spanning 1964-65. very nice guitars!

There is nothing intrinsic to the number itself - they published a book that allows you to look it up. The proceeds from the book fund their pension fund or something, so they ask that nobody reproduces it in full....
