I was initially fooled by the too light pics too, but that is just the regular honey flamed maple look, probably the most prevalent De Luxe fin of all.

Yup, Transclucent Amber is the correct name for that finish. I nearly bought one a couple of years ago. It was for sale pretty cheap here in Sweden but I managed to refrain from it. The correct time for a fiver is yet to come....

Yeah, I have to say I like that finish too. Black hardware just looks too black against it though!

Very nice, but needs some bling! Too bad Gibson is still going with the black 80's look. Add a third pup, ***CHROME*** all the hardware, and you truly have a thing of beauty. :twisted:
