Default Gibson g-3

Just purchased a very sexy mint g-3 in candy apple red.
Hope this aint a dumb question,
Q, the screws on the top & bottom of the pic-ups, are these to raise & lower the pic ups?

Yes, and you can color the sound quite a bit by keeping the middle pup low or putting it up high because that is always running in any setting.

CAR you say? Then it is one of the last run ones in the early eighties with an ebony fretboard, right? Is your neck one or three piece?

Neck is a bolt on, is that what you mean??
