Default g-3 strings...

hello. can anyone tell me what 'size' strings will fit a g-3? i.e. long, extra long?

whilst we're on it, what strings do you folks use? I'm looking at ernie ball super slinky's, tried roto's and d'addario xl's, but the slinky's have a nice even rock twang about them. lovely!

cheers

Default scale

I use extralong when stringing through the body. Having said this I have not tried normal long ones - they may just fit, but i'd bet you would get a few less turns around the post than perhaps you might like.

I like D'addario Chromes. If you get Ernie Balls, tell us what you think....
