Default Any yeas or nays on the original Peavey Bandit amp?

I've heard a couple mentions of this amp, and seen one in a local pawnshop. A windfall might persuade me to grab one... I want to replace some lost gear, and finish up an 80s retro project of garage-band trio stuff. Any word from any former or present owners on the Bandit's performance? Thanks!

I haven't had a Bandit, but I've had good luck with many Peavey amps throughout the years. I've had a Renown since about 1983. They make affordable, reliable amps for working musicians. A few years back, I read that the Peavey Bandit was the best selling amp in the world as far as amps sold. I believe it passed up a fender model at that time.
