Tonemaster lap guitar (Valco?)
Alright, I know nothing about guitars really. I bought this at a thrift store for $75 suspecting it was a Valco, and might be worth more than I was going to pay for it after I did a little bit of research. Does anyone have any more information on this guitar, and what it might be worth?
   The serial number, engraved on a metal piece on the back is: X72708

Not sure where it was made but it does look like late 1950's - 1960's.
A great buy; in it's original case I would have think it would fetch well over £100 here in the UK, possibly up to £200. (not sure of the conversion rate at present). Mike.
