Default G3 Pickguard tracing or template

Hi there. I am lookin for a tracing or a template of a G3 pickguard. I know you can order aftermarket pickguards on-line. But I want to fabricate a custom pickguard myself for an upcoming project.

So can any one hook me up?! Would be sweet!!

Default G3 scratchplate

I've just posted a G3 tracing on Fly Guitars. It is as a PDF and should print to scale

Default printing

Actually you'll need to play with your printer settings (assuming you have an A4 printer) - don't let your printer resize anything. My setup has an option "tile larger pages" which prints the template over 4 sheets that you'll need to tape together. Of course, if you have an A3 printer you can do it on one sheet.

Let us know how you get on... are you doing this some interesting colour?

Super Thanx!! Just saw that you also posted it on the Outpost.

Dunno wich colour i'am goinig to use for the pickguard. But I bought a Grabber G1 immitation/ripp-off wich I want to use as an back up to my original grabber. But I have Three G3 Pup's stashed a way in a drawer somewhere. So I want to convert the immitation Grabber to a G3.

I dont know what state the bass is in. It will arrive this week. But it looks like a beater bass, judging by the internet pics (pay penuts get...)
So I am thinking about doinig a re-fin. But I'll keep you posted on the project!!

And again Thanx for the tracing!! (I have an A3 printer).
