Default Sting cover/pickguard 4 EB-2

I just bought a sweet '67 metallic burgundy EB-2. The finish on these basses were notorious for their fading. It looks like the pickguard and string cover were on this bass for many years, but just recently taken off, leaving a shadow (of the original color) next to the faded finish. I'm searching for an original pickguard and a string cover (like the one on the site admin's profile pic). BTW, I know everyone took off the string cover back in the day, but aethetics count for something. Other than that, this bass kicks ass. If you know where to find either of these, please steer me in that direction (I've been scanning ebay for months). Thanks sooooo much.
PS I'd trade a EB-3 bridge cover for the EB-2 string cover. I have an extra.

Default handrest

These handrests were also used on the kalamazoo basses - which tend to get parted out more regularly than Gibsons - remember to search ebay for kalamazoo too! Kalamazoo ones (like 66-67 Gibsons) were chrome plated

In fact the pic in my avatar is of my Kalamazoo KB1

The older Gibsons all had a nickel cover (until 65 - EB3s went chrome shortly before EB0s) and these are harder to come by. I need 3 myself!

If someone went to the effort of making perfect reproductions of these, they could shift a lot of them.
