Default EB-4L with 2 point bridge

well here we go again, just picked up this drop dead time capsule EB-4L just incredible. Must be an early one because it's got a 2 point bridge.

Default EB4L

sounds good. What colour? my first EB was an EB4L (also with 2 pt bridge) - refinned black and wired up wrong (disguised as an EB0 in fact) but a great bass that I played as was for many years - before I discovered the internet, and wiring charts, and eventually rewired. I never did track down an original switch, but got the same effect from a modern day slide equivalent. In the end I parted it out and sold the body for someone else to restore, but I do have a good condition EB4L (in original walnut) that comes out from time to time.

Perhaps i'll take it to rehearsal tonight.......

Default EB-4L

Yeah my first bass was a early EB-3 my Dad bought me in the 70's, man I can still remember the vintage smell it had in the case, funny huh?

This baby has a bright cherry finish, my favorite. This is my first super humbucker, can't wait to really push it and see what she'll do........

I'm going to shot a pictorial I'll post a link.............
